Delete Your Account & Data

How to delete

• In the app: Profile → Settings → Delete Account → confirm.
• By email: from your registered email, write to support@heykrishna.app with subject "Delete my account."

What gets deleted

• Your profile and name
• All conversation history and transcripts
• Krishna's memories of you
• Your settings, streaks, and preferences
• Referral and gift records associated with you

Grace period

Deletion has a 30-day grace period — sign in again within 30 days to restore everything. After 30 days, the data is permanently removed.

What we may retain

We never store voice audio. We may retain minimal records required by law (e.g. transaction records, once payments exist) in a separate system, not used for your spiritual history.
