Hey Krishna ("we", "the app") is an AI spiritual companion. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices.
What we collect
Account info: a user ID; if you sign in with Google or phone, your email or phone number; your name (for personalization).
Conversation content: the text of your chats and transcripts of your voice conversations with Krishna, with timestamps and metadata.
Memory: facts and context you share, so Krishna remembers you across conversations.
Usage & device data: app activity, interactions, a device push token (for notifications), and basic diagnostics.
What we do NOT collect
We do NOT store your voice audio. Audio is transmitted only to convert speech to text in real time, then discarded — only the text transcript is saved.
No camera, no photos, no location, no contacts.
We do not sell your data and do not use it for third-party advertising.
How we use it
To provide the conversation service (speech-to-text, the AI response, text-to-speech).
To personalize Krishna's memory of you.
To maintain your account, subscription status, and usage limits.
To send notifications you opt into, and to keep the service safe and improve it.
Who processes your data
We use trusted providers to run the service. Your conversation content may be processed by Supabase (authentication & database), LiveKit (real-time voice transport), and our speech-to-text, text-to-speech, and AI model providers — only to deliver the service.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit (TLS), access is restricted, and we follow reasonable industry safeguards.
Your rights & deletion
Delete your account and data anytime: in-app Profile → Delete Account, or email us.
On deletion, your profile, history, transcripts, memories, and settings are removed after a 30-day grace period (sign in within 30 days to restore). See Account Deletion.

Children
Hey Krishna is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country) and we do not knowingly collect their data.
